Thanks for your kind words. :^)
Regar...wentworth;

Thanks for your kind words. :^)

Regarding your question - I don't have much of an opportunity to use real-world media any more, but I can't deny I love using a sable brush and india ink. The computer process I use doesn't feel like cheating because I still draw and ink - just on a tablet instead of with real materials. Colouring, which I used to do with an airbrush and frisket film is MUCH faster in Photoshop! I don't miss that process at all! And over all, I love the options the computer gives me to "do over" anything I'm unhappy with. frankly, for commercial art, I'd never go back. (But "never say never, right?)

;^)leifpenghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07232334860061949895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17316464.post-6402577341019113392009-06-21T07:53:42.740-04:002009-06-21T07:53:42.740-04:00I love the blog - and that Simon kicks a**! I'...I love the blog - and that Simon kicks a**! I'd be interested in hearing if you ever use the old fashioned pencil/ink and your thoughts on it vs. doing your drawing on computer. Is it just to save time? Does it feel like cheating?
www.dc-sketchbook.blogspot.comwentworthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07037963442926849128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17316464.post-16968419118012233952009-04-04T14:05:00.000-04:002009-04-04T14:05:00.000-04:00merci, mon ami! :^)merci, mon ami! :^)leifpenghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07232334860061949895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17316464.post-860746233070430102009-04-04T13:58:00.000-04:002009-04-04T13:58:00.000-04:00That's lookin' sharp, Leif!That's lookin' sharp, Leif!ZackRockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11582592660571488737noreply@blogger.com
